All the products we sell on our website are 100% genuine from the original brands. We keep all our stock in a temperature controlled environment prior to shipping and subject to regular quality control checks.

All of the orders placed on our website will be dispatched from our warehouse and distribution centre in Hong Kong. Please allow around 5-10 working days for the orders to delivered. If you are not home at the time of delivery the driver will leave a note and the parcel will be left in your nearest local post office for you to pick up.

Delivery times vary and depend on the postal service to the destination. If your order hasn't arrived after 14 working days please check with your local post office as sometimes notice of attempted delivery may have been misplaced. We may be able to trace your parcel if it isn't at your local post office, but please note that a full trace will take a minimum of 7 days due to postal requirements.
